A former top-producing residential real estate agent, Louisa’s real estate career began in 2016. She quickly ascended the ranks as a member of the #1 Top Team of Two in Virginia for her office in the largest brokerage in Washington, D.C., and Virginia. Over eight years, Louisa and her team guided clients through more than $150M in transactions, earning accolades such as Washingtonian Best and RealTrends America’s Best Real Estate Professionals.

Her journey into real estate investing was sparked by a desire to create a more stable and flexible financial future for her family. Recognizing the challenges of fluctuating commission-based income, Louisa first pursued single-family rental investments before discovering the efficiency and scalability of multifamily syndications. Since 2021, she has been directly involved in $65M worth of multifamily investments, partnering with industry leaders to deliver strong returns for investors.
